5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service interacts with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp Web. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc., and we are not responsible for the availability or policies of those platforms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WorkFlow CRM and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you create within the Service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkFlow CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you breach these Terms.
